Mötley Crüe.....Kickstart My Heart

A Great Birthday Song and my favorite ever Crüe song. This is an Excellent Concert DVD.

When I get high
I get high on speed
Top fuel funny car's
A drug for me
My heart, my heart
Kickstart my heart
Always got the cops
Coming after me
Custom built bike doing 103
My heart, my heart
Kickstart my heart

Ooh,are you ready girls?
Ooh,are you ready now?
Ooh, yeah
Kickstart my heart
Give it a start
Ooh, yeah, baby
Ooh, yeah
Kickstart my heart
Hope it never stops
Ooh, yeah, baby

Skydive naked
From an aeroplane
Or a lady with a
Body from outerspace
My heart, my heart
Kickstart my heart
Say I got trouble
Trouble in my eyes
I'm just looking for Another good time
My heart, my heart
Kickstart my heart

Yeh, are you ready girls?
Yeh, are you ready now?
Ooh, yeah
Kickstart my heart
Give it a start
Ooh, yeah, baby
Ooh, yeah
Kickstart my heart
Hope it never stops
Ooh, yeah, baby

Ooh, kickstart my heart...

When we started this band
All we needed, needed was a laugh
Years gone by...
I'd say we've kicked some ass
When I'm enraged
Or hittin' the stage
Adrenaline rushing
Through my veins
And I'd say we're still kickin' ass

Ooo, ahh, kickstart my heart
Hope it never stops
And to think, we did all of this...
To rock

Ooh, yeah
Kickstart my heart
Give it a start
Ooh, yeah, ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-baby
Ooh, yeah
Kickstart my heart
Hope it never stops

KORN......Got The Life

Hate, something, sometime, someway, something kicked on the front floor...
Mine? Something, inside.
I'll never ever follow.
So give.. me.. some.. thing.. that.. is.. for.. real.
I'll never ever follow.

Get your boogie on...
Get your boogie on...

Hate, something, someway, each day, feeling ripped off again. NO!
Why? This shit inside.
Now everyone will follow.
So give.. me.. no.. thing.. just.. feel.
And now this shit will follow.

God paints me, in every scene of life, he wants to see
God told me, I've already got the life, oh I say...
God paints me, in every scene of life, he wants to see
God told me, I've already got the life, oh I say...

Each day I can feel it swallow, inside something took from me.
I don't feel your deathly ways.
Each day I feel so hollow, inside always beating me,,
You will never see, so come dance with me.

Dance with me
Dance with me
Dance with me
Dance with me (Rumbiddieboo Rumbiddieboo
Dance with me Rumbiddieboo Rum bum dee dum dee
Dance with me bum diddie doo Rumbiddieboo)
ME!

God paints me, in every scene of life, he wants to see
God told me, I've already got the life, oh I say...
God paints me, in every scene of life, he wants to see
God told me, I've already got the life.

Bertrand Russell

At the age of 84, Russell added a five-paragraph prologue to a new publication of his autobiography, giving a summary of the work and his life, titled WHAT I HAVE LIVED FOR.[43]

"Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds, have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course, over a deep ocean of anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair.
I have sought love, first, because it brings ecstasy—ecstasy so great that I would often have sacrificed all the rest of life for a few hours of this joy. I have sought it, next, because it relieves loneliness—that terrible loneliness in which one shivering consciousness looks over the rim of the world into the cold unfathomable lifeless abyss. I have sought it, finally, because in the union of love I have seen, in a mystic miniature, the prefiguring vision of the heaven that saints and poets have imagined. This is what I sought, and though it might seem too good for human life, this is what—at last—I have found.
With equal passion I have sought knowledge. I have wished to understand the hearts of men. I have wished to know why the stars shine. And I have tried to apprehend the Pythagorean power by which number holds sway above the flux. A little of this, but not much, I have achieved.
Love and knowledge, so far as they were possible, led upward toward the heavens. But always pity brought me back to earth. Echoes of cries of pain reverberate in my heart. Children in famine, victims tortured by oppressors, helpless old people a hated burden to their sons, and the whole world of loneliness, poverty, and pain make a mockery of what human life should be. I long to alleviate the evil, but I cannot, and I too suffer.
This has been my life. I have found it worth living, and would gladly live it again if the chance were offered me."

Skating Away.......Jethro Tull

A good song to start the New Year.

Meanwhile back in the year one
When you belonged to no one
You didn´t stand a chance son
If your pants were undone

´Cause you were bread for humanity
And sold to society
One day you´ll wake in the present day
A million generations removed from expectations of
Of being who you really want to be

Skating away
Skating away
Skating away
On the thin ice of a new day

So as you push of from the shore
Won´t you turn your head once more
And make your peace with ev´ryone
For those who choose to stay Will live just one more day
To do the things they should have done

And as you cross the wilderness
Aspinning in your emtyness you feel you have to pray
Looking for a sign that the universal mind
Has written you into the passion play

Skating away
Skating away
Skating away
On the thin ice of a new day

And as you cross the circle line
Well the ice wall creaks behind
You´re a rabbit on the run
And silver splinters flyIn the corner of your eye
Shining in the setting sun

Well do you ever get the feeling
That the story´s too damn real and in the present tense
Or that ev´rybody´s on the stage
And it seems like you´re the only person sitting in the audience

Skating away
Skating away
Skating away
On the thin ice of a new day
